What is Balanced Habits?

Balanced Habits is a nutrition program providing you with the structure and tools to reach your personal health and diet goals, in a realistic-healthy-safe-and sustainable way.

Who is Balanced Habits for?

Everyone – – this program has been created for you. We wanted to build something as unique as the client. We believe our program can suit any lifestyle regardless of busy schedules-travel-kids-work hours-events-and so much more.

How do I know Balanced Habits is the right program for me?

This isn’t a cookie cutter nutrition program. We provide you with a custom calorie goal tailored to your body composition, personal goals, and everyday activity levels. The focus is to make the program 100% personalized to the individual, while improving their quality of life, food relationships, positive diet change, and creating long-term + sustainable changes.

I have never used a nutrition coach or been on a nutrition program, how will I know what to do if I join Balanced Habits?

We will provide you with all the tools and structure for success, regardless of your Experience, this will include:

  • One-on-one nutrition coach for your questions, uncertainties, instructions, and education
  • Monthly coach’s meeting where you will continue to assess your progress, accountability, mindset, and goals
  • Easy to follow how to instructions
  • Step by step explanations
  • Educational material better explaining questions and interests
  • Access to valuable online resources
How is Balanced Habits different from other nutrition/diet programs?

We are science based, which removes all the guesswork of eating right and eating for your body. We firmly stand by our goal to quality of life, and that means not depriving the body of essential nutritional sources or creating unmanageable caloric deficits that make us feel tired, weak, and starved. We are not challenging you to
outwork anyone else, we want you to make healthy habit changes and see success for yourself because you want to, not because you have to. You can expect to see and feel changes in your physical composition, but what’s more important is these changes will sustain. No more rebounding, no more lose some-gain some, we are off the diet roller coaster, and on a one way train to long-term, healthy change.

Every nutrition program I have tried has failed, leaving me in a constant cycle of gain-lose-gain-lose-gain, how will Balanced Habits change this?

No more gain-lose-gain-lose-gain, with our nutrition program you can expect to see and keep your habit and lifestyle changes. Through accountability, education, improved confidence and certainty in the choices you make, Balanced Habits will remove you from the diet cycle.

Do I have to be active or workout for Balanced Habits to work?

Our program has been created with the focus on getting healthy results from nutritional and diet changes – this means we put more emphasis on what you are putting into your body and how your body is responding.

That doesn’t mean this is exclusive to those seeking dietary changes only, in fact, we encourage our clients to become active and involved, if they aren’t already. A body in motion stays in motion, and will only contribute to the positive changes happening and to how good you feel.

I travel throughout the week, can I still do the program and see results?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage you to give it a go. You will be provided meals for the week, pre-packaged and convenient to heat. Making hitting your goals when traveling by car or plane a breeze. We can even ship meals to your hotel or place of travel if you will be there an extended period of time.

What are the program options?

We currently offer two program options: We currently offer two portion options:

What does my program include?

With each program option you receive…

  • individualized nutrition coaching from our CNC, Aubs
  • an initial one-on-one coach’s meeting
  • routine 4-week one-on-one coach’s meeting
  • an initial InBody570 scan
  • routine 4-week InBody570 scan
  • full custom calorie program + informational booklet
  • personalized Balanced Body order code + access to a Balanced Habits client exclusive “piggy bank” for meal orders
  • 15 meals per week for a total of 60 a month
  • program price options for regular or large portion options
Will I receive Balanced Body meals on my program?

You will receive 15 meals per week, for a total of 60 per month. These will be stored in your online piggy bank system and will be good for use on a four week cycle.

Every four weeks your meals will renew, and any unused meals in your piggy bank will be lost. There is not an option for unused meal rollover.

Do I have to track my food using this program?

The tracking on our program is a little different than traditional programs. Based off of your daily caloric goal, you will be responsible for meeting those calories. You will have the option to use a phone app., written food journal, or whatever you and your coach feel is most appropriate and effective for you.

We encourage the use of measuring cups and spoons, following servings sizes on food labels, and tracking calories. That is how you will meet your daily caloric goal! You will be given the tools and resources to understand and successfully hit your calories.

Who is my nutrition coach?

As your Balanced Habits nutrition coach, Aubree “Aubs” is dedicated to guiding you one step at a time toward achieving a sustainable, healthy lifestyle through diet and education. Learn how to eat better without unnecessary dieting or nutritional deprivation. Understand how to make the best choices for your body and goals, while gaining a newfound confidence in why these choices are important and right for you. Let go of food confusion, ditch food rules, and leave behind fad diets for good.

Aubree has helped build the foundation for Balanced Habits with a personal commitment to the health and wellness industry and a passion for improving our community. She is excited to be part of a team and program that has been rooted in learning, achieving, and most importantly, maintaining personal goals through healthy lifestyle change. What are my nutrition coach’s qualifications?

Aubree is currently studying for her advanced nutrition certification under Precision Nutrition. PN has taught some of the world’s top nutrition coaches and has certified professionals working among the NBA, NFL, Nike, Women’s Health Magazine, and more.

Aubree has had experience with many different clientele ranging in goals and physical ailments in both minor and chronic nature. Through education, time, research and self-study, Aubree has developed a knowledge and practice in a wide range of areas covering:

  • general nutrition
  • exercise nutrition
  • autoimmune + anti-inflammatory
  • obesity
  • metabolic damage
Is this an IIFYM nutrition program?

This is is not an IIFYM nutrition program. We are focused on a healthy, well balanced lifestyle through calorie tracking and building an educated foundation so you can carry new habits and changes over with confidence.

What is a daily caloric goal?

A daily caloric goal is the total number of calories you will be working on eating each day.

Your nutrition coach will provide this to you in your program based off of various factors and scientific formulas.

How do I know my daily caloric goal is accurate for my body and goals?

Your nutrition coach, Aubs, will formulate your daily caloric goals by focusing on the
following:

  • Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) – calories needed to function at rest
  • Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) – estimation of how many calories you burn per day when activity levels are taken into account
  • Activity Level
Will my daily caloric goals ever change?

Based off of your metabolic response in combination with how you are feeling and your goals, your nutrition coach will determine if and when your calories need to be adjusted.

Is this a strict weight loss only program?

This is not a strict weight loss program. We stand by our method of slow, steady, and healthy weight loss so you can safely drop the weight without depriving your body and putting yourself in the position to regain everything you lost back.

Can I eat what I want with Balanced Habits?

We encourage you to enjoy a balanced diet on our program. Through calorie tracking you will learn how to incorporate whatever you wish into your daily plan.

What if my goal isn’t weight loss, but instead weight gain or learning healthy weight maintenance?

Balanced Habits has been designed to work with any goal and body type. We provide individual attention and programming to compliment you.
