What is Balanced Habits? Why Does it Work?

The Balanced Habits nutrition program uses a system backed by science and cutting-edge technology instead of the reliance on diet fads, wishful thinking, and lists of “good” and “bad” foods to push you toward your desired results. About Our Nutrition Coach Aubree “Aubs” Shofner

As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Aubree has had experience with many different clientele ranging in goals and physical ailments in both minor and chronic nature. Through education, time, research and self-study, Aubree has developed a knowledge and practice in a wide range of areas covering:

  • general nutrition
  • exercise nutrition
  • autoimmune + anti-inflammatory
  • obesity
  • metabolic damage

Aubree is currently studying for her advanced nutrition certification under Precision Nutrition. PN has taught some of the world’s top nutrition coaches and has certified professionals working among the NBA, NFL, Nike, Women’s Health Magazine, and more.
